Annie Yang

Annie is the Academic Manager for the Forest and Peatland Programme at the University of Edinburgh, where she coordinates learning, teaching, and research across programme sites. Driven by a commitment to achieving equitable outcomes for both people and the environment, Annie’s research and work focuses on the interface between policy and practice in socio-ecological systems, particularly environmental governance and participatory approaches. She has expertise in mixed-methods research and works collaboratively with interdisciplinary practitioners, and policymakers to address real-world challenges at local and global scales.
