Kyle Dexter spent one week in Ecuador at a workshop for the DRYFLOR network (dry forests floristics working group). Dr Dexter participated in a symposium and contributed to a working group on plot networks across South America. Both efforts relate to Dexter's involvement in establishing plots across dry forests and savannas in the Neotropics and collaborative efforts at ecosystem monitoring in these biomes.
