Sam Staddon

A strong emphasis on building meaningful relationships with practitioners runs through all of Sam’s research and teaching on the politics and socio-environmental justice implications of conservation internationally and in the UK. Sam is a co-convenor of CSFL's Edinburgh Environment and Development Network (EEDN) which brings together practitioners and researchers. Sam is a qualitative social researcher and has worked with communities and practitioners in Nepal for over two decades on environment and development challenges and solutions.
